1:07 data for free. But before we set this up
1:11 and activate this feature, let me show
1:13 you like in 1 minute how important the
1:15 data is. For example, if you look at my
1:18 data, you'll see that YouTube here got
1:21 me 33% of the revenue. direct traffic
1:24 42%. While Google organic only 6%. So
1:29 writing a lot of blog post every week
1:32 optimizing for SEO trying to get organic
1:35 traffic is only 6% of the revenue while
1:39 three or four YouTube videos a month is
1:41 getting 33% of the revenue. So this way
1:44 you can understand what's working for
1:47 you, what is not working and what to
1:50 optimize. Another example is email from
1:53 ConvertKit. I have only 1.3%
1:56 from 1,738
1:58 visitors. I get 1,700 clicks for only
2:01 one conversion. So maybe I need to check
2:04 my email copies, my email list, and see
2:08 what's going on. But if you look at this
2:11 one from Udemy, from only seven
2:13 visitors, I get a conversion. So maybe I
2:16 should double down on Udemy traffic and
2:19 promote my courses there. You see here
2:22 also on medium I got one traffic from
2:24 135 visitors. Maybe I should focus on
2:27 medium to increase this revenue and so
2:30 on. This is really a treasure and a game
2:33 changer. If you want to 10x your
2:36 revenue, this is a must. Every website
2:38 should have this feature activated. Now
2:41 seeing this data was just the beginning.

4:31 see how to activate this feature on your
4:34 WordPress website. First, go here to
4:37 plugins, add a new plugin. Please follow
4:40 up. Search for code snippets and
4:43 activate this one here. Install and
4:45 activate. And you will get the snippets
4:48 plugins on your website. Click on add a
4:51 new snippet and give it a name, anything
4:53 you want. For example, like GA
4:56 analytics
4:58 feature and then go here to
5:01 powerkit.dev/tools
5:04 and then search for code share. You'll
5:08 find this tool here, code share, and
5:11 then click on this snippet, WP snippet,
5:14 GA data main. Click on view to open the
5:18 snippet and simply copy it. Go back to
5:22 your snippets. Paste it here and click
5:25 on activate. That's it. It's activated.
5:29 Refresh. And you will see now we have
5:31 something called site insights. What you
5:34 will do now is go here to settings and
5:37 you will need to configure your Google
5:40 Analytics property ID, service account
5:42 and private key to connect with Google
5:45 Analytics. And here you'll find the
5:47 setup instructions up in Google Cloud
5:49 Console. If it's your first time on
5:52 Google Cloud Console, just go here and
5:55 create a project. If you have a project,
5:57 just select it and then go to the menu
6:00 API and services enabled APIs and we
6:04 need to activate and enable the Google
6:06 Analytics API. So click here on enable
6:09 APIs and services and then search for
6:11 Google Analytics and simply go here
6:15 Google Analytics data API and activate
6:19 it. In my case, it's already enabled.
6:21 You just click on enable and you will
6:23 get it enabled. Very simple. Then go
6:26 back here to this section to create a
6:30 service account. Service accounts. And
6:32 you'll see I already get one. In your
6:34 case, just click on create a service
6:36 account. Let's give it a name. Create
6:39 and continue. I'll give it owner and
6:42 then continue. Done. Then go here.
6:46 Manage keys. Add a key. Create a new
6:50 key. Select JSON. Create. And we got the
6:55 JSON downloaded. If we open it now, you
6:57 will see we have now the client email
6:59 and we have the private key. Going back
7:02 to settings, you can see here we have
7:04 the service account email and the
7:06 private key. You just paste it here.
7:09 Then we need to get the Google property
7:11 ID. So go to Google Analytics. Select
7:16 the website you want to track
7:20 and then go to admin. Then click on
7:23 property property details and get the
7:27 property ID. It's that simple. Go back
7:29 to settings and paste it here. So we
7:32 have the property ID. We have the
7:34 service account email and the private
7:36 key and save your settings. We still
7:38 have one thing to do which is this step
7:42 in G4 in Google Analytics. Add the
7:44 service account as a viewer access. So
7:48 here just click on property access
7:51 management and you can add the service
7:54 account email. Here you can see my email
7:56 is here. Just click on plus add a user
7:59 and simply get the email from the JSON
8:04 and paste it here and just set as a
8:07 viewer. We just need read only access
8:09 and click on add. Perfect. It's added.
8:14 Now we go back to settings and save
8:17 changes. So now we have the property ID
8:19 from Google Analytics. We have the
8:21 service account and the private key to
8:24 connect with Google Analytics. Click on
8:27 site insights. And now we get the
8:29 feature activated. Can select the dates.
8:32 Click on load data. In a few seconds
8:35 you'll get this awesome chart, the
8:37 breakdown by days and this data directly
8:40 inside WordPress. And here you can
8:42 activate the revenue and the visitors as
8:45 you like. So you can see the traffic and
8:47 revenue both on the same chart. We are
8:50 not done yet. As I promised, I want to
8:52 show you how to enable the additional AI
8:55 feature in this dashboard. But before
8:58 that, I want to talk about something
8:59 really critical and I think 90% of users
9:02 forget to do it or even don't know about
9:05 it. It is the UTM parameters and this is
9:08 what allows us to track the revenue and
9:12 see what's going on on your website. So
9:14 without it, this dashboard will not
9:17 work. Let me explain it in 1 minute and
9:19 with a very simple example to catch and
9:22 grab the idea. So here I have YouTube
9:25 referral with 33%. So I know that this
9:29 is coming from YouTube. But if I go to
9:32 YouTube to my channel, you see I have a
9:34 lot of videos. Which video is converting
9:37 better? Let's go and open any of these
9:40 videos and go down the description and
9:43 you will see for example this link here
9:46 to my course. If I open it, it will open
9:49 my course landing page. And you will see
9:52 in the URL we have these parameters.
9:56 These are called the UTM parameters. the
9:59 UTM source, UTM medium, and the UTM
10:02 campaign. And you can see I added the
10:05 video ID in the campaign. So the source
10:07 is YouTube, the medium is a video, and
10:10 the campaign is this exact video ID.
10:13 This is very important if you want to
10:15 track exactly what's going on and from
10:18 where exactly the traffic is coming and
10:20 the conversions is happening. Not only
10:23 that, take this important tip too. If
10:26 you see at this URL, you will not see
10:28 exactly the same one here inside
10:30 YouTube. I have something shorter. If
10:33 you go back to my website to my
10:35 dashboard, if you go here to pretty
10:37 links, you will see for these links, I
10:41 create a short version like this one
10:44 here that points out to this long link
10:48 with UDMs. This helps me create shorter
10:51 links, trackable links, and more
10:54 importantly, in case I want to change
10:57 this landing page URL, I don't have to
10:59 go all over the internet and change it.
11:01 I just change it from one place here
11:04 inside my dashboard and this link will
11:07 stay as it is all over the internet.
11:09 This very important when you want to
11:11 create links to track and manage, use a
11:14 short link service. Pretty link is free
11:16 inside WordPress. Now it's time to see
11:19 how we can activate the hidden AI
11:21 feature here. Simply go back to snippets
11:25 and deactivate the snippet we created.
11:28 Go now back to Power Kit to code
11:31 snippets and you will see this one WP
11:34 snippets AI powered analytics. Open it.
11:37 Copy the code. Just create this new
11:41 snippet. Add a new let's call it GA
11:45 analytics AI powered. Paste the snippet
11:49 here. Activate. Let's refresh. And now
11:53 in the site insights, go to settings and
11:56 you'll see now we have AI insights. Just
11:59 make sure to paste your Open AI API key
12:02 and enable the insights here. Then
12:05 simply go to site insights and you will
12:08 see the AI powered feature activated.
12:10 Let's load the data. And now we have get
12:14 AI insights button. Let's click it. And
12:17 now it will analyze our data and give us
12:20 recommendations, tips, and things to do
12:23 to optimize based on our data. You can
12:27 see we have the performance score. We
12:29 have some recommendations with
12:30 priorities. We have issues to address
12:34 and much more. Now maybe you are
12:36 wondering asking why I didn't just show
12:39 this snippet at the beginning of the
12:41 video powered by AI while I showed you
12:44 two snippets. I have two reasons for
12:46 that. Number one honestly for
12:49 engagement. I thought that this flow in
12:52 the video will keep you hooked and wait
12:56 for the AI version or the AI feature
12:59 even though I don't have ads on my
13:01 videos. So watching more doesn't make me
13:03 more money or something, but I'm trying
13:06 some hooks and engagement flows and see
13:09 how it works. I may be wrong. Number two
13:12 is I want to give you two versions of
13:14 the same snippet. Maybe someone would
13:17 prefer the basic one and work with AI to
13:20 update and add their own features or
13:22 maybe turn into their own plug-in. If
